Order Info

How to order

  • Browse the The Bedbug website using our menu or search function. Once you have chosen the item(s) you would like to purchase, select the quantity you wish to order of that item, then click the ‘Order’ button.
  • You will be able to view your cart, which lists the items in your current order. You may change the quantities required or remove items at any time. If you wish to add items to the order, simply click the ‘Continue Shopping’ button.
  • Your order tally is displayed at the top right of the screen. Once you have completed your order, proceed to the checkout through the View Cart page.
  • If you are a new customer, you will need to complete both the Customer Information and Shipping Information sections to proceed.
  • Existing customers will be prompted to login. When you login, your contact and shipping details will appear. Please check these details are correct and click on the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom of the page.
  • Your full order will now be displayed on screen, with the option to edit the order or continue on to enter your payment details.
  • If paying by credit card, or through your existing PayPal account, please click on the “Pay with PayPal” button. You will be directed to the PayPal site, where you can either log in to PayPal or pay by credit card by clicking “continue” on the bottom left of screen. Please note that we do not retain credit card details in our system. All credit card details are processed by PayPal in a secure environment.
  • If using another method of payment, please nominate which method from the dropdown menu and add any additional information to the relevant box. (Please note that if paying by Direct Deposit, we will be in touch with our bank details after your order has been processed).
  • After submitting your payment details, you will be directed to an order confirmation page. This will list your order number, order details and customer information and may be printed for your records.
  • Congratulations! Your order is complete! You will receive a confirmation email from us shortly.

Product Information

Stock Availability

The Bedbug receives deliveries from suppliers regularly. If an item is unavailable for shipment on receipt of your order, we will contact you immediately before processing the remainder of your order.

If an item you wish to purchase is showing as sold out, please contact us on info@thebedbug.com.au, as in most cases we will already have more stock on order or should be able to order additional stock for you.

Colour Variation

Please note that images of items on this website are reproduced as accurately as possible, however you may experience some colour variations due to individual monitor settings and image resolution.

If your favourite brand/character is not represented here, please let us know - we are currently developing new partnerships and may already be teaming up with them! Contact us at info@thebedbug.com.au.

Returns and Exchanges

The Bedbug offers a refund or exchange on items returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging, unused and unwashed. If you wish to return an item, please email us at returns@thebedbug.com.au with the following details:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return and
  • Request for replacement, exchange or refund.

If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued to your credit card within 24 hoursof receipt of returned goods.

Please note that there is no return or exchange available on sale items.

Postage will only be refunded where goods ordered are considered to have been faulty or damaged on despatch.

The return and exchange policy as outlined above does not apply if the product(s) have been used, washed, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. We suggest that you insure your return package as The Bedbug cannot be held responsible for any product(s) lost/damaged in the mail.
